November Ipsy bag

Hello there!

It's time again for the November Ipsy bag. I cannot even believe that it is almost Thanksgiving and almost the end of November.  This year has just completely flown by. Anyway,  I was pretty impressed this month with the items that they included. Keep reading for the full list of products and what my first impressions of them are.

First up is the Starlet Cosmetics Intense Eyeliner in Chocolate.  I am actually quite excited to try this out, I don't have very many brown eyeliners and I like to use them when I am trying to go for a more subtle look.  The pencil is nice and soft and isn't a super rich chocolate color but a softer brown.  I couldn't find this exact one on their website, but they have similar ones.

Sample worth: $11

Next is a Nailtini Nail Lacquer in Millionaire.  This looks like such a great holiday glitter top coat.  It looks like confetti in the bottle with gold as the main color and purple and teal accents. I love that this came in a cute little black box and that it is a full size product.  I am definitely looking forward to trying this out soon.

This next product I was VERY excited about and it is the bareMinerals Marvelous Moxie Lipgloss in Dare Devil.  I have been loving this deep berry colors for the fall and I am sure I will love them as equally going into winter.  This has some shimmer to it and it is a bit sticky, which I don't like, but I like the color so much I will just deal with it.

Sample worth: $9

The next product is the Chella Eyebrow Defining Gel.  This isn't something to be super excited about or anything, but I do use a gel to set my eyebrow (they can get a bit unruly) and I have been in need of a new one, so this will come in handy.

Last but not least is this the Balm Meet Matt(e) Eyeshadow in Matt Batali, which is a really pretty dark chocolate brown. I usually wear neutral shadows and I have actually been in the market for a darker matte brown color, so I will definitely be trying this out soon. It seems to have a little bit of a purple undertone to it which I really like and it has a very smooth and silky texture and is nicely pigmented.

Full-size (palette with 9 shadows) $17.25, Click here to buy
Sample worth: $1.91

And just a little extra, after photographing all of my products today, I had set them on my sofa, and I looked over and my cat, Ozzie, decided it would be comfortable to just lay on everything.  What a weirdo.

November bag worth: $43.91

Well, that was my November Ipsy bag.  These bags have been getting better and better every month.  I first signed up in March, and after the first two months I had considered canceling it.  Boy am I glad I didn't.  You get such great products for only $10 a month!

XOXO
Kristen.
