November POPSUGAR Box

Hello everyone,

I'm back today with my November POPSUGAR box unboxing post.  This subscription service is by far my favorite.  I love the surprise of what will come in each months box and the variety of products that they include.

It's great they they almost always include full-size products.  If ever I don't like a product, I can always gift it to a friend or family member.

Well, lets see what's in the box....

Must Have Home | Illume Candle - Naughty | $15.75

It doesn't matter if you've been good or bad this year - we still think you should get a treat in your stocking.

Enjoy a Naughty or Nice Illume candle this time around, and fill the house with a spicy wooded scent or sweet vanilla fragrance.  Either way, Santa would definitely approve.

I am a huge candle fan, especially in the colder months, they just make the house so much more cozy and can give a wonderful scent to completely transform the setting. This candle definitely has a woodsey smell and also smells a little musky to me.  It smells very Christmas to me, which I love.

Must Have Fashion | Michael Stars Folk Art Wrap | $42

Meet your new favorite wardrobe essential.  With its ubersoft feel and bold print, this Michael Stars wrap is all about effortless style.

Wear it as a scarf to punch up an everyday look or as a comfy shawl when you're traveling to visit friends and family - in any case, you'll be reaching for it time and time again.

Again, huge fan of scarves, I love to pair them with pretty much anything to give an outfit that extra something. Plus, they keep you warm in the winter. I love how big and soft this one is.  It isn't a pattern I would have picked out for myself, but I do love it because it is so different from anything I already have.

Must Have Home | Lands' End Single Canvas Wine Tote | $14.50

No doubt you'll be showing up to plenty of homes this season with wine in hand.  Up your party-going game with a Lands' End canvas carrier that's all kinds of sturdy and practical.

We especially love the two-toned touch, which is a playful take on its classic beach tote.  From here on out, those paper bags don't stand a chance.

This could definitely be useful when attending holiday dinners and parties, although I usually don't carry my wine in a paper bag, I just carry it in my hand.  If I don't end up using this myself, I may gift it to someone with some great wine tucked in there.

Must Have Food | Maison de Monaco Strawberry & Blackcurrant Cream Preserves | $6

Get your traditional French fix with this mouthwatering Maison de Monaco preserve.  Hand-cooked in San Francisco in small batches and made from 70 percent fruit, the strawberry and blackcurrant jam with become your go-to spread all year long.

Its light texture makes it ideal for drizzling over waffles, toast, cheeses, or even ice cream.  The options are endless!

I don't often use jam, but this sounds really delicious and I cannot wait to try this on some toast (maybe later today).

Must Have Beauty | The Soap & Paper Factory Roland Pine Shea Butter Soap | $8

In the middle of the craziness of the holiday season, take a minute to spoil yourself silly.

We're enchanted by The Soap & Paper Factory's shea butter soap that nourishes while giving off a delicate, captivating pine scent.  You'll feel as if you stepped straight into a forest, in the best way possible.

This smells straight up like Christmas.  Like I've trekked into the forest, cut down a tree, put it up in my house and decorated it will pretty lights and an overload of ornaments.  I love the smell of this soap (my husband does too!) and will definitely be putting this into the bathroom asap.

Must Have Beauty | Absolute! Nail Polish Remover Pads | $2.99

Say "so long" to cotton balls, because these scented Absolute! Nail Polish Remover Pads are a game changer.  With a few hassle-free swipes of the oil-based remover, you'll be switching from reds to metallics in no time.

And thanks to the convenient size, you can carry them with you just about everywhere.

I have tried these from a different brand, and to be quite honest, I didn't like them.  They were very oily and messy and the nail polish color would transfer from the wipe to my skin and stain my skin.  Very annoying.  I will give these a go and here's hoping they are not like those last ones.

Must Have Home | CanvasPop gift card | $30

Don't let all those great pictures just sit n your phone or some online album.  Turn them into art! With this $30 CanvasPop gift card, make a quality canvas print to give as a gift or hang in your home.  You'll know just how to answer whenever someone asks, "where did you get that?"

I am quite excited about this! I have been wanting to get some of our wedding photos put onto a canvas to put up in the house and now I know where to do it! What a great idea for a gift as well.

Special Extra | Barefruit Crunchy Sea Salt Caramel Apple Chips | $3.71

Three words: caramel apple chips.  Throw in some sea salt and you've got these unbelievable Barefuit snacks baked with 100 percent real fruit.  We say eat them alone when you're on the go or sprinkle them over hot oatmeal for some guilt-free goodness.

These are just okay for me.  I was really expecting some amazing-ness from this bag, but, eh.  They are just like dried fruit chips with a teensy bit of flavor to them.  Insert disappointment here.

Total Box Worth | $122.95

Overall, this box was pretty good.  I am definitely going to enjoy burning the candle, I've already worn the scarf, my husband will love that soap and I cannot wait to put some of our wedding photos onto a canvas.  The chips were eh, and the nail polish remover pads are just a so-so for me.  I don't mind using cotton balls.

Do you love the scent of Christmas/pine as much as I do?

Have you guys decorated for the holidays, whichever you may celebrate? If so, post some photos as a comment, I would love to see.  I will be doing a blog post soon on my decorations around the house as well as a DIY project.

Thanks for reading,
XOXO
Kristen
