June Favorites!!

It's monthly favorites time!!

June has been an awesome month! I cannot believe how fast summer is going by.  I just need it to slow down a bit!  The weather has been fantastic here and there has been so much going on.  I love being busy in the summer and July is going to be just as busy.  I am going to California for a week, my Birthday is on the 11th (go get that free slurpee!), I have my family reunion two days after we get back from Cali and then my brothers birthday at the end of the month.  Oh boy! Crazy times!

Any who, I have cut down my makeup and hair routine quite a bit because it has been so warm here and so I don't have to spend a lot of time in the morning getting ready.

My first favorite is...
Batiste Dry Shampoo
This stuff is amazing! It leaves your hair so soft and fluffy afterwards and it smells great!  It doesn't leave that sticky, dirty feeling like some dry shampoos give.  I have already gone through two bottles of this and I am in desperate need of a new one!

Bath & Body Works Honolulu Sun Nourishing Hand Cream
I picked this up on a whim when I was at B&BW the other week because I was needing a new hand cream for my purse and I really liked the scent of this.  It has that very summery coconut and the beach smell.  The cream itself is really thick, but absorbs fairly quickly and leaves your hands super soft.

Revlon Photoready BB Cream
I bought this last year, loved it then, love it now.  It has a really nice consistency and a fair amount of coverage.  I am not needing or wanting a lot of coverage to my makeup right now.  My skin is looking pretty awesome and why should I try and cover it up when it's going to be 88 degrees out with 100% humidity?  I definitely recommend warming this up in your fingers for a second or two before applying, it sinks into your skin a bit better.

Tart Lights Camera Lashes! Mascara
I was looking through my mascaras the other week and came across this mini Tarte Lights Camera Lashes! and decided to start using it.  I have remembered how much I love this mascara! It doesn't clump, gives great length and great volume to your lashes.

Too Faced Natural Eyes
I have been wearing very simple eye looks on days that I wear makeup and I usually reach for this Too Faced palette.  It has every shade I need for day or night.  I usually wear the top two or three shades, depending on how simple I am going.  Sometimes I add in Silk Teddie for a shimmery day look.

Nars Super Orgasm
I have been reaching for this blush out of the Guy Bourdin palette a ton this month.  It is that perfect flushed color for summer.  It's peachy, it's pink and has some shimmer to it and just looks really great on the cheeks.

Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Pango Peach & NYX Butter Gloss in Apple Strudel
I keep seeing a trend when I look into my purse.  Peachy pink lip products! These two have been favorites for June.  I like the Revlon one when I want something a bit more sheer with some shimmer and I like the NYX one when I don't want any shimmer and a bit more color to show.  They are both really great.  The NYX gloss smells amazing!

Victorias Secret Bralettes
I have discovered the most comfortable and pretty bra! These bralettes from VS are amazing! They give me just enough support, they look really cute under tank tops and are just really comfortable, especially when it is really hot outside.  I have picked all of mine up when they are on sale for around $10-$15.

Victorias Secret Swimsuit Top & Bottom
I have been on a VS binge lately!  No, but really, I needed a new bathing suit and I decided to go look for one at VS.  I don't have a really large chest, but not really small either and I wanted something that was more comfortable and more supportive.  I found this top that is more like a racer back sports bra and the bottoms are ruffled with ruching on the back.  I love these bottoms, they really hug your butt, so if you have a smaller one like me or you just want to show off how awesome your butt is, I recommend checking these out.

Target Mossimo Tipper Sandal
I adore these sandals!  I wanted some cute sandals that weren't flip flops. These are comfortable to walk in and look really great, especially with a tan.  I think the leopard just give them a little something extra. The best part was I got them on sale!

Brent Meske Super Gamma
My last favorite is a book favorite.  My brother has written many books and he has a series out right now that is just so so good! I just finished the fourth book, called Super Gamma and it was amazing!  He is in the process of finishing up book five and I just cannot wait! I don't want to give too much away, because it is the fourth in the series, but the entire story follows Michael, who is your average teenage boy, or so he thought.  It is a super hero book that is so different from all others.

I will link to Amazon so you can read the synopsis on it and all of the reviews as well.

Wow, that was a lot of favorites!  Thanks for sticking around until the end!  I hope you enjoyed reading all about my favorite beauty and fashion favorites for June.  I know I have been kind of MIA lately, I will try to get back to my normal posting schedule asap.

What have you been loving for the month of June?

XOXO
Kristen
